January - A whole new beginning

January - A month with quite a lot of ups and downs, more ups than downs actually. So I pretty much enjoyed myself.

Orientation - The highly imbal ratio of boys is to girls sought of freak not only the girls out, but created quite a lot of talking within the first few days of the month. Well, they are all the 6-7 pointers so I think we need to work ultra hard. Then it was first time dancing with a girl (I remember mass dancing in primary school, but without a partner), kind of forced into it. Shall not say the rest. Games were quite fun, especially all the mud and soap. The acsiting race was memorable as well. To keep it short, OG18 rocks =P

Bridging course - Its relatively boring, and not even an introduction to the subject cause most of the stuff they said were irrelevant. Got a taste of whats like to be dismissed at that kind of hour for the first time, not forgetting the time when i went in front of the whole LT and gave some crappy chinese oral demo. Subjects chosen: HL Math, Music, B & M. SL Chem, Chinese B, English A1. Got posted to 5.16Ephesians.

5.16 Ephesians - Didnt really like my class at first, its seriously VERY random. Anybody who cannot be slotted into any of the first 15 classes will end up in 5.16. Basically you cant find a single person with exactly the same subject combi as you. So, our class has all kinds of talents and weird people. Oh yar, and we will be the first class to use 6.16Macedonia. Business was never a wrong choice. WYF made music so much more interesting. Basically all my teachers are good (IMO), except one.

Orchestra - 3 new additions, Michelle, Maye and Nat. Slightly increased the quite pathetic number to not that pathetic. SYF preparation on the way, with both the college and secondary orch sounding really promising. March concert will definitely be a very enjoyable one.. And my sis will be playing in it! Shall not talking about the office position thing now, I still need more time, but everytime it seems like everything is just getting worst. I dont know lar...

Others - I dont think im running for council, i still cant decide! Gosh, and the dateline for application submission is like soon. O level results coming out soon, I want to hit my target (who doesnt?). But Im like getting so nervous, and i have no idea if its a good sign or not. Good luck to those who sat for the whole thing.


I just like to go to school.. Apart from some ultra retarded people, January has been great. With so many new friends and a whole new school life experience. Looking forward to SYF, March concert and the trip in term 2.
